MAP CHANGE FOR OPERATION PEDESTAL

Please note the following changes/updates.
1. Load out issue with Hurricane fixed (Bombs were forced, default is now available)
2. Cloud level dropped to 1400m. (going to leave it this way)
3. Battleship Litorrio starting point moved North and ends in the same bay (this is good middle ground as the battleship will start shelling ground targets at 35 minutes) like the US Fleet, the Litorrio will now have faster cover from the G2's.
